Marketing Executive
Urban Rider is seeking a marketing executive to join the London team.
The role spans the creation and coordination of marketing across Rider Group channels. Urban Rider, Adventure Rider and MX Rider.
Role & Responsibilities
Management of the Rider Group marketing calendar
Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns across websites, mailing lists and social media
Ongoing communication with brands to obtain marketing materials and coordinate initiatives
Organise product samples and coordinate with photographer and videographer on a weekly basis
Monthly report of marketing campaigns performance across all channels
Applicant Skills & Experience
Self motivated, creative and a keen attention to detail
Some prior experience in a marketing role
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Passionate about the world of motorcycles
Some experience with digital software. For example photo editing and email clients.

Role & Responsibilities

The sales role spans the full spectrum of products and services, from Royal Enfield motorcycle sales to riding gear, custom parts and lifestyle apparel.

Interacting with customers, providing recommendations according to customer needs.

Completing sales and customer orders including invoicing and payment.

Handling refunds, exchanges and refunds.

Keeping up to date with special promotions, new products and trends.

Maintaining shop standards, from merchandising to stock room organisation.

Assisting with store events and rideouts.

Sales Specialist - London Store
Based at the Urban Rider London store in Fulham SW6, we are looking for a sales person to join our London team.
You should share a passion for motorcycle and e-bike lifestyle and culture alongside pride in offering the finest customer service experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in-store with making purchase decisions across motorcycle riding gear, parts and accessories and e-bikes.
- Helping customers in-store, by phone and email where necessary
- Dealing with stock movements in and out of the store
- In-store merchandising and maintaining shop standards.
5 days per week full time to include Saturdays with a week day off.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
